How do I make changes to my Unlimited Wash Membership?

Can you explain how billing works for Unlimited Wash Memberships?
Memberships are billed monthly as a recurring charge. Your debit/credit card will automatically be charged once per month on the anniversary of your original purchase date, with the billing cycle occurring every 30 days. This automatic payment authorization will remain in effect unless you cancel at least 5 days prior to your next billing date.
What's the difference between an Express Wash, Full Service Wash, and Detail?
An Express Wash focuses on quick exterior cleaning as you drive through our tunnel and includes access to self-service vacuums for interior cleaning. A Full Service Wash also uses the tunnel for the exterior but includes professional interior cleaning like vacuuming and cleaning surfaces, handled by the Carwood team. Detailing provides a comprehensive, deep clean inside and out, including hand waxing, clay bars, polishing, carpet cleaning, and meticulous attention to detail, requiring more time.

Are all vehicle types able to go through Carwood Car Wash? Can you wash cars with roof racks or bike racks?
While our systems are designed to safely clean vehicles, we do have some restrictions to ensure everyone’s safety. Roof racks and bike racks may pose challenges. Please check with our onsite team or call 561-421-9566 to determine if your vehicle can safely go through the wash.
Is Carwood Car Wash environmentally friendly?
We use a water reclamation system to protect the environment. We’re also proud to generate clean energy with an on-site solar panel installation, reducing our environmental footprint.
What is Haunted Car Wash and Christmas Car Wash?
Haunted Car Wash and Christmas Car Wash are immersive drive-through events at Carwood. In October, Haunted Car Wash LA transforms us into a spooky haunted playground, filled with creepy characters. Every December, Christmas Car Wash takes you to a holiday wonderland, complete with lights, snow, and festive characters. Both events bring holiday fun with a premium car wash experience!

Do I have to put a sticker on my car if I sign up for a membership?
No way! At Carwood Car Wash, we use a license plate recognition camera system, allowing you to conveniently drive right in and wash whenever you’d like—no sticker needed!
